Mandi Mader, LCSW-C, will offer a LIVE WEBINAR, via Zoom, to discuss 12 proven ways to sleep better, with an additional discussion of common current sleep challenges and specific interventions to help.
Mandi is an associate with Lotus Point Wellness, Inc, an integrative and holistic counseling and wellness practice. She has been a psychotherapist for over 20 years and has a special interest in how mental health and sleep are connected. She is trained to treat insomnia with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-I). Recently, she received advance training in treating insomnia at the University of Pennsylvania School of Psychiatry.
